Double check your membership id on the card. The two biggest problems are people thinking the I is an 1 and a 0 is an O or vice versa, so if you have those two letters/numbers in your membership id, try to swap those. If you still have problems, please call us at 1-877-831-2780.

Where’s the wedge or hybrid? There are two separate club manufacturers that advertise on our site. DimensionZ and Nizzard golf. DimensionZ offers the free lob wedge and Nizzard golf offers the free hybrid. Make sure to click on each manufacturer to order the clubs.

1. FREE Lob Wedge from Dimension Z Golf. Look under Golf Equipment Discounts and then National Advertisers. The first offer is for a FREE Lob Wedge from Dimension Z Golf. Click on that box. Once you are on the offer page on our site, you click on the Order Online button on the right. If the green button on the right says “Join Now” instead of “Order Online”, you are not properly logged into our site. Go back to the home page; (you can always click on the Circle of Hope Challenge Logo on the top left corner of our site at any time to direct you to the home page.) Enter your email address you used when you created/activated your card and your password to log-in. After clicking Order Online button, midway down the page on the Dimension Z site, you will see the offer for the FREE Lob Wedge. Click on that link and just follow the on-screen instructions.

2. FREE SL-1000 Hybrid club from Nizzard Golf.
Click on the Nizzard Golf box under Golf Equipment Discounts >> National. Then click on the Nizzard Box. Next, click on the Order Online button on the right. You will be directed to a page that says click here to receive your FREE SL-1000 hybrid! Follow the rest of the on-screen instructions from Nizzard to receive your Hybrid club.

While we don’t control the cost of the shipping and handling of the clubs offered by DimensionZ and Nizzard, the answer is that the shipping is around $15 depending on what part of the country you are in, plus if you add in the box, the person’s time to package your club, the companies overhead, i.e. rent, telephone etc, both the companies have calculated their cost of getting the club to you so that is how they price the shipping and handling.

The clubs are free, the shipping and handling are not.

Their business model is assuming that if enough people try their clubs and like them, they might end up buying more from them. Like any other company that offers free samples, they hope you will like their product and buy more.

Each advertiser/Sponsor limits the number of times you may print out the offer on our website. The also set an expiration date from either the number of days from the day you print the coupon or a fixed end date such as 12/31/2013. For example, if you print the offer on 1/1/12 and it has an expiration date of 7 days from the day that you print it, the expiration date on the coupon will be 1/8/12.

Some advertisers limit the number of times you can use their offer. In that case, each time you print the coupon, our system tracks that information. Once you print the coupon the maximum number of times allowed by the advertiser, you will not be able to print that coupon again until you renew your membership.

Your membership is good for one year from the date that you activate your account. You may renew your membership when it expires for an additional year.
